Harney County Cattlewomen’s Scholarship Application for the Summer Agriculture Institute for Teachers K-12

The Summer Ag Institute (SAI) is a 3-credit (*equivalent to 60 PDUs), action-packed week-long, graduate-level class through Oregon State University that educates K-12 teachers with little or no background in agriculture. The goal of SAI is to help educators use agriculture as a context for teaching core academic subjects - science, math, social studies, and English. The Harney County Cattlewomen believes this course is valuable for educators in our area and is offering scholarship(s) of up to $600 for tuition. The due date for this scholarship application is May 10, 2020.
